Harrison, ID - Lacey L. Jefferies was located in the early morning hours on October 22, 2019, by the Spokane Police Department. She was subsequently returned to her family. The Sheriff’s Office would like to thank all the citizens that sent us tips on her whereabouts that ultimately led to her being located.
