[ARCHIVED] 911 Center Conducting Survey

Sheriff LOGO

The Kootenai County Consolidated Dispatch and Communication Center (911 Center) is asking the citizens of Kootenai County to complete a survey.  This survey is in reference to the 911 user fees that everyone with a cell phone, land line, fax or other cellular device pay on a monthly basis.  These fees are collected and are used to maintain and upgrade communication equipment that is used in the 911 Center.  This equipment is essential to providing emergency services to the public.

Please use the link below to complete the survey.   This will help the 911 Center with future plans for the collected fees and to see if the fees are being applied to the correct agency.
